What happens if I lose my seed phrase?

If you lose your seed phrase and your wallet device, your bitcoin is gone for good. There's no help desk and no password reset.

That's the trade-off of being your own bank. Many people keep two copies in separate safe places, and some use multisig setups so no single lost key means lost funds.
